Laws, Regulations & Guidance

The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR) enforces the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA) and the Fair Chance in Housing Act (FHCA). DCR also issues regulations to enforce these laws. These regulations have the force and effect of law and are binding on all members of the public.
