Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA) today announced that a Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) employee has pleaded guilty after trying to influence a PVSC Commissioner in a corrupt attempt to advance in his career.

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin announced that Deputy Director Theresa Hilton will become the Director of the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) when J. Stephen Ferketic leaves the office later this month to pursue a leadership position in the private sector. Attorney General Platkin also announced that Assistant Attorney General Sara Quigley will assume the Chief of Staff position, a position vacated late last year.
