To promote a spooktacular Halloween shopping experience in New Jersey this year, the Division of Consumer Affairs (“Division”) conducted compliance inspections of Halloween “pop-up” stores throughout the state to ensure these temporary seasonal retail outlets are abiding by the laws designed to protect consumers from fraud and deception.
