Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin today announced that Sundeep Iyer will serve the Office of Attorney General as Acting Executive Assistant Attorney General, and that he has appointed Yolanda Melville to serve as the Director of the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the state agency charged with protecting the civil rights of all New Jersey residents.

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin announced that Deputy Director Theresa Hilton will become the Director of the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) when J. Stephen Ferketic leaves the office later this month to pursue a leadership position in the private sector. Attorney General Platkin also announced that Assistant Attorney General Sara Quigley will assume the Chief of Staff position, a position vacated late last year.
