Sara Quigley is Senior Counsel to the Attorney General, focusing on criminal justice initiatives. Quigley joins the Office from the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) where she had worked since 2013, serving most recently as counsel to the Director. Prior to working in the DCJ’s executive staff, Quigley was a Deputy Attorney General in the Appellate Bureau, where she argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court. Throughout her tenure in the DCJ, Quigley focused on a number of state-wide criminal justice matters, including the implementation of the New Jersey Resiliency Program for Law Enforcement, coordination of COVID-19 enforcement, and training on marijuana decriminalization and cannabis legalization. Quigley clerked for the Honorable Michele M. Fox, J.S.C., of the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden County. She graduated from Lafayette College and Rutgers Law School.
