Benjamin Notterman is Senior Counsel to the Attorney General. Notterman previously worked as an associate at a public interest law firm in New York representing civil rights plaintiffs and criminal defendants in state and federal court. Prior to that, he served as a research fellow at the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law at New York University. Notterman clerked for the Honorable William J. Martini in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and worked as an associate at Jones Day. He received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
