Affirmative Enforcement Unit
DCR’s Affirmative Enforcement Unit is responsible for the Division’s proactive legal enforcement aimed at preventing and eliminating discrimination in New Jersey. The Affirmative Enforcement Unit develops enforcement strategies to protect the civil rights of all New Jersey residents and conducts complex investigations of systemic pattern and practice complaints of discrimination and bias-based harassment.
