Raymond Royster is the Deputy Director of Community Engagement and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and address concerns across the state. In 2018, Raymond began working with the citizens of Atlantic County as the Coordinator of the Office of Victim Witness Advocacy at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. In June of 2022, Raymond was named as the Director of Community Outreach at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. He proudly worked to better relations between the community at large and the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office by developing and supporting programs and initiatives to bolster positive and meaningful partnerships with community-based organizations, non- and for-profit organizations, government entities, religious groups, and all schools in Atlantic County. Additionally, Raymond served as the Chair of the Law Enforcement committee for the Coalition for a Safe Community, Executive Director of the Atlantic County Child Advocacy Center, and Administrator for the Atlantic County Special Needs Registry. In December 2022, Raymond was selected to be on the executive board for the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City. Lastly, Raymond graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2005 and will be obtaining his MPA from Villanova University in 2024.
